Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale or pass off our work as your own. The content here is general information, not professional advice.

Free retention setup and partnerships

The free retention setup is offered at our discretion, to a limited number of brands. Before any work starts we agree the scope, the access we need and the success number in writing. If that written agreement differs from these terms, the written agreement wins.

Work is built in your accounts and stays yours. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, for approving what goes live, and for your store’s own compliance with email and SMS marketing laws.

Any figures on this site labeled as a sample are illustrations. We don’t promise any specific revenue result.

Digital products

Prices are shown at checkout, which is handled by our payment provider. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the files in your own business, or your clients’ businesses if the product says so. You can’t resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Refunds: because files are delivered instantly, sales are final unless a file is faulty or isn’t what the product page described. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect rights you have by law.

Ownership

Our site, brand and content belong to us. Your brand, data and customer lists belong to you.

Limits on liability

We provide the site and products as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
