Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Retentionverse is operated from India by its founder, Mayur Sadar. Send questions through the form on our homepage.

What we collect

We collect only what we need:

  • What you send through our forms: your name, work email, store URL, revenue range, email platform and anything you write in the message box.
  • Account details if you register to buy or download a product: your name, email and a protected password.
  • Purchase records: what you bought and when. Card details go to our payment provider. We never see or store them.
  • How the site is used: pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location, device and browser, collected with cookies and similar tools. This includes session recordings, which replay how pages were used.

Client store data

If we work together, you give us access to tools such as your email platform and Shopify. We use that access and the data in it only to do the work you asked for. We remove our access at the end if we don’t continue.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • Reply to you and decide whether we’re a fit
  • Deliver the work or the products you asked for
  • Understand and improve the site
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting duties

Who else handles it

We don’t sell your data. These providers process it on our behalf:

  • Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools it loads, for site measurement
  • Mixpanel, for product analytics and session recording
  • Dodo Payments, for checkout and payment processing
  • Our cloud hosting provider, for hosting the site and its database

Cookies

We use a login cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works, though logging in won’t.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop using it. Use the form on our homepage. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to your local regulator.

Our team and providers may handle your data outside your country, including in India and the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
